Design Deliverables

Our research reveals a strong need for an app that helps students easily discover and connect with clubs on campus.

A staggering 95.2% of students rely on word-of-mouth for club information, making club discovery a major challenge.

Students struggle with too many club options, busy schedules, and a lack of accessible, centralized club information, making it difficult to get involved.

To address these challenges, our app will serve as a centralized hub for updated and detailed club information.

It will feature a system showcasing club openings, news, and deadlines, ensuring students never miss an opportunity.

A real-time notification system will keep users informed, while enhanced communication channels will improve interactions between club members and students.

Ultimately, our goal is to create a platform that makes club discovery easier, helping students engage in communities that support their educational and career growth.

Results

A Fast-Paced, Exciting Challenge
This competition was an intense but rewarding experience. Working with a team of new designers pushed me to adapt quickly and collaborate effectively.

Time Management Was a Challenge
One of the biggest hurdles was balancing design work with competition requirements. We spent so much time refining our app that we nearly ran out of time for tasks like recording our showcase video and completing submission materials. It was stressful, but we managed to pull everything together in the end.

Growth in Design & Collaboration
This project gave me a chance to apply my UX/UI skills in a real-world setting while refining my ability to communicate and collaborate under pressure. Seeing our final product come together was incredibly rewarding, and I walked away with stronger Figma skills and a better understanding of teamwork in a fast-paced environment.
